Our quality commitment is to send the highest quality plant material and fill all order requests in a timely fashion. Our expectation in return from customers is that adequate lead time or pre-ordering be done whenever possible, proper plant handling procedures be adhered to and continuous quality feedback be provided.

Order Handling - Please unpack your order immediately upon receipt. Should any quality problems be evident e.g: wrong variety, bloom stage etc...contact Living Colors within two business days of receipt in writing, via fax or e-mail. So that we may immediately address the issue for you. Otherwise your order will be deemed accepted. In the event of a claimwe must receive photogragraphs two business days of claim notification. No claim will be processed without written notification and photographs.

Carrier Claim - A carrier's signature on the bill of lading indicates the order was picked up undamaged. File a claim with the carrier and provide photographs to them and Living Colors in the event of a claim with the carrier due to damaged contents.

We encourage the practice of pre-booking plants; however, changing shipping dates may affect plant quality. We reserve the right to refuse cancellations within 14 days prior to the pre-order date agreed upon.

We accept payment by check, cash or wire transfer. Credit can be established by completing our Florida Growers Credit Association application. Credit sales are governed by the terms agreed to when the credit is established.

Past due accounts will be assessed a service charge of 1.5% per month or 18% per annum and returned checks are subject to a $20.00 service charge. Accounts exceeding agreed terms of payment will be put on hold until satisfied. In the event of collection proceedings, all of our attorneys fees and costs will be paid by the purchaser.

Living Colors Inc grows the highest quality Bromeliads and Orchids and can only warranty quality and price. No warranty will be given as to fitness for, intended use by purchaser. Living Colors will provide general expectation targets but will not warrant any plant bloom longevity.

Bromeliads and Orchids have various names. The plants we sell will be true to the name illustrated in Living Colors literature. We will not be responsible for any delays or cancellations beyond our control e.g. strikes, mechanical breakdowns, theft, governmental regulations or acts of nature.
